CODE OF CONDUCT
Washington Football Cheerleaders Alumni Association (WFCAA) and National Football Cheerleaders Alumni Organization (NFCAO)
Code of Conduct
Member PLEDGE
I pledge to uphold the spirit of the WFCAA and the NFCAO Code of Conduct (the “Code”), which offers a guide to my conduct as a member of the WFCAA and the NFCAO (the “WFCAA/NFCAO”). I acknowledge that I have a right to a hearing as set forth by the WFCAA/NFCAO Bylaws if charged with a violation of this Code.
I have familiarized myself with the Code and understand that acceptance of its provisions is a condition of my membership to the WFCAA/NFCAO.
As a Member of the WFCAA/NFCAO, I hereby promise and agree that I:
● have read and accepted the WFCAA/NFCAO Bylaws;● will uphold and respect the confidence and personal information of other members;
● will not share the WFCAA/NFCAO “members only” website password with anyone;
● will not engage in any conduct that is criminal under any laws applicable to me;
● will not misrepresent or misuse the WFCAA/NFCAO name at anytime;
● will respect the property of others whether personal or public, including property and equipment owned by the WFCAA/NFCAO;
● will respect all WFCAA/NFCAO members and partners in a professional manner and will not engage in any form of discriminatory behavior or verbal, physical, or sexual harassment or abuse;
● agree to be filmed and photographed by the official photographer(s) and network(s) of WFCAA/NFCAO or under conditions authorized by WFCAA/NFCAO and give event organizers and WFCAA/NFCAO the right to use my name, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical information before, during, and after the period of my participation in these activities to promote the activity in which I participate or to promote the success of the WFCAA/NFCAO; in no event may WFCAA/NFCAO or the event organizers use or authorize the use of my name, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical information for the purpose of profit, including any use in a manner that would imply an endorsement of any company, product, or service, without my written permission;
● will not use or authorize the use of photographs, films, or videos of myself or WFCAA/NFCAO apparel or the use of the WFCAA/NFCAO logo for the purpose of profit, without the prior written consent of WFCAA/NFCAO;
● will not engage in any social movements or political activities during WFCAA/NFCAO events or while representing the WFCAA/NFCAO;
● will not author, forward, or post vulgar or disrespectful texts, photographs, or other inappropriate content online while representing the WFCAA/NFCAO;
● understand that disciplinary action for violation of any provision in this Code of Conduct may include any or all of the following: (i) a verbal or written reprimand; (ii) suspension from the WFCAA/NFCAO; (iii) removal from the WFCAA/NFCAO; or (iv) any combination of the foregoing;
● have a right to a hearing per Article 3 section 3.9 of the WFCAA Bylaws prior to WFCAA denying the right to be a member;

MEMBERS’ AFFIRMATION
I have read and I accept this Code of Conduct. I agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct at all times as a condition of being accepted as a member of the WFCAA/NFCAO.
